Evan and Kristen have been training since 2021, when they decided to turn their passion for fitness and health into a business helping others find ways to get stronger, more athletic, and feel better at the end of the day.
Evan is an ACE certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and a certified boxing fitness coach through the Boxing Fitness Academy. He's worked with a wide variety of clients from ages 8 to 80, and with everything online today complicating the health and wellness industry, he likes to keep it simple, yet effective. He specializes in strength and mobility to decrease chronic pain and further progress clients coming out of physical therapy. When he's not training clients, he enjoys training for spartan races, visiting local breweries, and spending time with his wife and son.
Kristen is an ACE certified personal trainer, a pre/postpartum fitness coach through Moms Into Fitness, and certified high school soccer coach. As a mom herself, she fully understands the physical and mental challenge of getting back into the gym after having a baby. Her goal is to help moms create new strategies for incorporating fitness into their already busy schedules. As a former college soccer player, she brings her passion for athletics into the gym, working with athletes ranging from youth to D1 players. When she's not training clients, she enjoys playing soccer, exploring Cincinnati parks, and spending time with her husband and son.
Classic personal training. After an initial consultation discussing your goals and exercise history, we will work together to keep you accountable, make progress, and establish useful strategies that will lead to long term success.
Usually geared more for athletes (youth, high school, college) who want to train for a specific sport, or who want to work on increasing their speed, agility, and athletic performance. Strength training will also be included.
Similar to 1 on 1 training. You will have your own specific workout to do, but the trainer will be floating around to observe and adjust your form as he/she also trains 3 or 4 more people at a time. More cost effective than 1 on 1 training.
You must complete at least four 1 on 1 sessions with a trainer to make sure that all safety concerns are addressed and your training program minimizes the risk of injury
A great option for those with unpredictable schedules, you will have your own program to do wherever you want, whenever you want using our own training and tracking app. You also have the option to include the occasional in person session to keep you on track as you go along.
