Core Focus
Injury prevention, strength, speed, coordination, and agility development, building confidence, and enhancing their performance in sport.
Kristen and Evan have been training in Cincinnati since 2021, they are certified personal trainers, Level 1 Universal Speed Rating Coaches, and certified in SportsMetrics (an ACL injury recovery/prevention program). Kristen has played and coached soccer and has trained athletes since 2016. Evan has more recently been taking on more youth athletes and team trainings in the last year.
